Job Description
Purpose of the job:
Key performance areas:
Receiving of orders and GRV’ing all invoices on time and within the correct cut-off period
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Resolving queries through written or telephonic communication
Month end recons to be captured and signed off.
Weekly checking and reporting of site purchase orders
Ad-hoc assistance with other admin functions such as processing of credit notes and cross checking and assisting with value chain functions.
Qualification Requirements
Qualifications:
Matric with Accountancy
A Diploma in Credit Control would be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Experience:
Experience in an FMCG environment3 – 5 years accounts payable experience in FMCG or financial environmentKey OutputsJob Related Competencies (Knowledge, skills and attributes):
