Purpose of the Job
The purpose of the role is to assist the Buyer with effectively capturing buying related data on the buying system. Handling all captured data related queries from customers, suppliers, and stores. Performing general administration functions to assist the Buyer. The role works collaboratively with the buying team to ensure commercial targets are met and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented person with good energy and drive to deliver on expectations.
Capturing buying-related data on the system.
2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity or role, executing administrative functions and support related to the buying, ecommerce or planning process.

Strong administrative skills

Good telephone etiquette
Exposure to SAP Buying / Retail
Ability to work under pressure
Proficiency with MS Office 365 with well-developed excel skills to prepare detailed spreadsheets using formulas
