As an AOM Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for printing generated/ created Work Orders.
To confirm and close work orders in SAP once work is completed.
Follow up on outstanding Work Orders not returned.
Filing of completed Work Orders
Adhere to ad-hoc work requests from Supervisor.
Effective capturing of information to generate informative reports in terms of tasks executed.
Process all documentation according to company policies and procedures as well as document control principals, within specified set time frames to ensure compliance.
File all documents in accordance with document control requirements to ensure compliance and ease of retrieval for future reference. Co-ordinate and administer all logistical arrangements within the agreed time frames and within policy guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide assistance to co-workers in a professional manner on request or when a need exists to alleviate work pressure.
Adhere to all health and safety practices requirements and promote good housekeeping to ensure compliance and an environment where team members can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment.
This role is in the AS&R – Engineering Department ataBand A5level 1 reporting to theDiscipline Planning and Scheduling Advisor
Grade 12 Certificate
1-3 years operational experience in administrative role
Intermediate Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
