Introduction
AE Solutions (Pty) Ltd with its head office in Centurion, has more than 30 years’ extensive experience in the sale, service and support of analytical equipment in mainly the agricultural industry.
A team of dedicated service engineers provides fast and cost-effective maintenance and technical support in all the regions where the company operates, including South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Mauritius, Madagascar and the Seychelles.
Requirements
Matric/ Grade 12
Studying towards or having a financial qualification will be an added advantage
At least 3 years’ Debtors Controlling experience
Knowledge of full debtors cycle, contract management and client accounts
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Basic transaction bookkeeping knowledge
Able to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Administrative skills
Ability to work within a team
Own transport is essential
Computer Literacy (Pastel, Excel, MS Word)
Pastel experience an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing AES’s Credit Limits according to Credit Policy
Update and manage client records and accounts
Liaison with clients
Solving customer queries
Reconcile debtor accounts
Allocate daily deposits from bank statement
Debtor age analysis & reporting to management
Keep Customer E-Portals up to date
Other duties as per Job Description
Ultimately Champion of AES’s Debtors Book
