What will you do?

Provide secretarial support to the Business Manager in terms of the following:

  1. Travel arrangements
  2. Organising and preparation of meetings, functions, presentations and conferences
  3. Diary management
  4. Mail and information management
  5. Client liaison
  6. Time and priority management
  7. Office and telephone administration
  8. Administration support to advisers
  9. Collate, analyse and interpret data sheets
  10. Key Account & Marketing Administrative support

What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification & experience

  • Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent qualification
  • Secretarial experience and computer literacy with an ability to execute tasks virtually as well.
  • Previous experience in a marketing environment with knowledge of S.net and the MS-Office package will serve as an advantage
  • Previous experience in Sanlam Financial Advisers will serve as an advantage
