As a Human Resource Team Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
Administration of HR Department
Provide a high-quality service to HR colleagues and service us.
Assist with recruitment and selection within area of responsibility as per the company policy.
Provide advice, guidance, and support to line managers in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as management of poor performance, absenteeism, sick leave, and disciplinary cases.
Participate and supporting key HR initiatives.
Responsible for compiling the presentation and capturing of data.
Complete GSS documentation for purposes of capturing employee movements across the operation
Attend to ad hoc HR queries and process the relevant documents pertaining to such.
Adherence to all health & safety standards & promotion of good housekeeping on an on-going basis
This is an FTE role within the Asset Strategy & Reliability (AS&R) Department at a Band 8 (A4) level reporting to the Section Manager HR.
Preference will be given to candidates within the JTG District.
HR Relevant National Diploma
1 – 3 years applicable experience
Computer literate: very good experience with HR SAP, MS Word & MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Advanced MS Excel knowledge & experience
Knowledge of HR policies
