JOB DESCRIPTION

THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

Plan, update and maintain production schedule to ensure stock cover.

Production Planning: Schedule production plan to meet stock cover of finished goods required by sales demand;

Maximum line capacity planning:  Ensure every production order is met through maximum line capacity planning;

Quality Control: Ensure all raw materials and packaging components have passed through quality control;

Projects / new launches: Ensure stock availability to meet launch date y marketing; Minimize write offs;

Raw material forecast:  Based on production plan, ensure that the correct number of materials are available;

Labour layout:  Ensure correct permanent and contract compliment on site to meet production plan, taking into consideration training interventions, public holidays and shut down periods;

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Function –> 5 years experience in coordinating/supervising of the maintenance function 

Industry – >3 FMCG food manufacturing,
