We are looking for a highly motivated human resources graduate to join our 2023 mid-year graduate development programme. Whilst based at site, you will gain exposure to the full HR generalist function, including planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and data-analytics. You will develop key working relationships with our operational teams and drive best practice within the HR function using industry relevant HR Systems. For this placement you will need to demonstrate exceptional time management, a customer service orientation and an live our purpose of reimagining mining to improve people’s lives.

This role is in the Human ResourcesDepartment at aC4 level reporting to the HR Manager
To qualify, you must:
Honours Degree HR or related field.
Any post-graduate qualifications will be advantageous.
Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are due to graduate by December 2023
Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
Be a team player with strong leadership potential.
Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.
