SACAA Is Hiring: Receptionist – Midrand, South Africa

Overall, Purpose of the Job

Receive and efficiently direct the clients accessing the SACAA to the required service area.
Front line

  • To provide a friendly and efficient front-line service for the SACAA and its clients, by greeting, directing and assisting them get service.

Administrative Duties

  • Receiving and recording of all documentation, mail and parcels delivered at the reception.
  • Ensure that documentation received is dispatched daily through the normal processes.
  • Review and record any documentation that is not collected for action within 24 hrs and report it to the Manager: Customer Relationship Management for further action

Emergency and Security Protocols

Notify appropriate personnel of emergency/crisis situations or unusual behaviour or condition of clients in terms of OHS Act and Security protocols.

Training of Entry level Client Services Officers

Train entry-level front-line receptionist to enable them to perform all aspects required in terms of their key performance areas.

Requirements
Education

Minimum
Grade 12

Ideal

Post Matric Certificate in Customer Relationship Management / Public Relations / Communications / Frontline

Experience

2-5 Years in Client Services or Receptionist experience

All SACAA appointments are subject to S98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009 and all successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting.
