PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The main purpose of this position is to assist the Contracts Manager with admin functions.
The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:
To perform all administration functions on instruction and behalf of Contracts Manager,
Assist with updating and completing the necessary information on documentation including but not limited to AT Screening, NDA’s, credit applications, contracts, etc,
Tracking and monitoring the documents,
Obtain, source, type, proofread, and distribute information according to instruction received from Contracts Manager and relevant stakeholders,
To assist with monitoring contracts through the contracting cycle, and liaising with Contract Manager timeously,
Ensure that contracts and documents are timeously sent to the relevant people,
Ensure that there is a record in place for shared sensitive documents and to whom they were shared,
Perform ad hoc tasks from time to time as requested by the Contracts Manager.
MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor in Law or Diploma in Law or similar.
Minimum of 0-6 months relevant experience in a similar role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES:
MS Office (Outlook/ Project / Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
Knowledge Documentation & Management.
Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies.
Fast learner and ability to work independently is a must.
Business etiquette and professional conduct is essential.
