Job Purpose

Under supervision provide Personal Computer support service including, trouble shooting, effecting
repairs, installation of hardware and software, control of equipment and maintenance, etc as part of
comprehensive practical training in all areas of Personal Computer support service.

Key Responsibility Areas
Learn to maintain the Desk Environment.
Learn to support PC hardware and software
Under supervision provide general desktop publishing (DTP) services
Learn to install hardware and software
Under supervision learn to perform administrative functions

Essential Requirements
Matric/Grade 12, A+ and N+ certification (or studying towards).

Preferred Requirements
Diploma in PC hardware and software or related Diploma in IT.
Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code B).
