Duties & Responsibilities
Sorting mail
Delivering mail
Printing
Binding
Scanning
Shipping outgoing mail and packages
Entering data on a computer
Lifting heavy packages
Tracking supplies
Ordering supplies
Assist staff with all archiving processes including process to recall boxes.
Provide documented detail of both processes
Ensure that records/forms of all archived boxes are kept updated for both onsite & offsite boxes. All protocols to be followed.
Check spreadsheet with archive records is correctly maintained Log, inspect and provide seal on every outgoing archive box
Orderliness and cleanliness of onsite archived rooms
Responsible for checking orderliness in all office spaces & contacting employees/businesses to keep to standards for workspace organized and in line with H&S measures ad hoc when on site
Attend to ad-hoc requests from business units
Collection and distribution of mail to and from employees/sub tenant and customers
Archiving administration:
Strong administration skills (Filing and data capturing)
Computer Literate. Should be able to prepare spreadsheets and capture information. (Excel, Word & Email)
Strict adherence to confidentiality.
Must be able to work independently and in a team.
Pay attention to detail.
Physically able to lift and move boxes (+-5-10kg) and documents.

Qualifications
Matric/ Grade 12
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience
Administration certificate would be an advantage
