Stock receiving Receiving all stock delivered from a supplier or a return from a customer To uphold and promote the company values and culture Living and promoting the Company values by always performing duties with:

effective self-management and teamwork Housekeeping Maintaining a clean, tidy and well merchandised receiving area Stock labelling and Binning Responsible for Stock labelling and binning

Manage Returned goods accurately

Manage Buyouts-Ensuring that Buyouts are managed accurately

Ensure that goods are correctly priced

Ensuring that all goods receive are to be correctly priced and labelled upon receipt and before they are placed in their appropriate bins and locations for sale

Monitor Delivering of Stock

Ensuring that all deliveries of stock are received directly into the receiving bay/cage or, if it is too large, directly to the area designated by Management for that purpose

Obtain delivery notes Immediately obtaining from the person delivering stock to the premises a clearly readable delivery notes in respect of the goods to be received Report on Damaged Stock Reporting all damaged stock to the Stock Controller immediately upon discovery thereof Locating, binning and displaying of Stock Ensuring that all stock is correctly and neatly located, always binned and displayed Monitor stock Ensuring that only good, clean stock is received Match delivery notes to order forms Matching all delivery notes received to the corresponding order forms Obtain Delivery Notes Ensuring that delivery notes are obtained for all deliveries
