Job Description
Role Purpose:
The H Band Role is based within the Commercial Management, Deal enablement team in Vodacom Business.
The Dealsheet consultant are on a critical path to converting mobile upgrades and or new lines to revenue thru the dealsheet number process. Without a dealsheet number Vodacom Business are not able upgrade or activate a mobile line
Your responsibilities will include:
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Deal sheet loading on Eppix. Ensure that deals are linked by account, Dealer ID and Xcode.
Workflow systems approval
Ensure quoting tool, specials template and Deal sheet are updated accurately and timeously each month
Assist with product testing
Key performance indicators:
Minimise error on manual deals
Adhere to Turn Around Times
Ownership of process documentation and communication of, as well as ensuring best practice is applied to pricing methodologies and operations
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Clear understanding of what is happening in the Mobile space
Proven experience in customer facing environment, with ability to
clearly articulate commercial impacts of actions and decisions
Strong analytical decision-making skills, including the ability to balance conflicting interests and make decisions based on incomplete or unreliable information
Ability to establish networks with individuals in all functions and to influence and coach stakeholders with logical, rational analysis and clear explanations.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Matric Certificate essential
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
