Description
Understanding Emergency procedure
Report all Incidents timeously
Monitoring and Tracking of vehicle locations and driver performance through CARTRACK system.
Managing device repairs and distributions.
Communicate with all sites on a regular basis
Keep an accurate record of all communications with various sites.
Highlight and report any deviations to the relevant line manager.
Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure closeout.
Compiling and distributing daily management reports.
Handle any radio, telephone or other communication for which he/she has been trained
Requirements
Grade 12
Basic IT skills
Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to operate under pressure.
Must have a strong regard for safety.
Must be team orientated, adaptable and dependable.
Must be detail orientated.
Must have a strong work ethics, be trustworthy and highly reliable.
Must have the ability to work day and night shifts including over weekends
