Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience.

Stay updated with new technologies and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.


Proven experience as a customer support specialist.

Excellent command of the English language and articulate communication skills.

Technological proficiency, including experience with Excel and data capture tools.

A solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts and market dynamics.

Experience in managing customer interactions and handling queries effectively.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
