Purpose of the Role: As the OM Clerk, you will be supporting the OM Administrator with the organisational management process. You will be responsible for creating position numbers and maintaining accurate structures aligned with Operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate cost centre and position management.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience in SAP processes and organisational management would be an added advantage.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and accurate creation of position numbers, supporting efficient HR processes.

Maintain SAP structures in alignment with approved Operations Org structures, promoting effective resource utilisation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and set goals that align with the organization’s vision.

Ensure accuracy and correctness in cost centre and position management.
