THE JOB AT A GLANCE:
Responsible for the daily running of the production shift, to ensure compliance to Albany quality and standard operating procedures, to enforce the established safety system and to maintain 20 Keys and Shop floor development system

QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 or equivalentBasic knowledge of production process and purpose of machines and ingredientsAt least 2 years experience in a Supervisory position
Knowledge of 20 Keys, Food, Health & Safety and OIM will be an advantageComputer skills will be an advantage
Prepared to work night shiftsPrepared to work long hours, weekends and Public Holidays
