Job Description

Our client is looking for a personable and hard-working individual to join their sales team based in Sandton in Johannesburg. Working closely with an assigned Branch Manager either in the USA or EU region, who is responsible for business development and growth globally, the incumbent will be expected to source and sign new clients. This role will provide the incumbent with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a basic salary

 Role requirements:

Prospecting for new leads

Setting-up calls and meetings with prospective clients

Running calls and meetings together with the Branch Manager

Negotiating client agreements and costing

Signing clients

Interacting with client

 Skillset:

Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal

Personable, engaging, and professional

Excellent organization and time-management skills

Persistent and following up consistently

Excellent phone and e-mail etiquette

Driven to succeed and a quick learner

Resilient and sales-driven

Flexible working times based on the region you are assigned to

 Requirements:

Undergraduate BCom Degree

Honours Degree advantageous but is not a requirement

High level of academic excellence

Relevant Sales Experience is crucial

Age: 30+ years

 Other:

Very good incentives and commission structures applicable

Set core hours but will shift to anytime between GMT -8 to +10 depending on target market
