Data Capturer (x2)
We are looking for a customer centric, organised and detail oriented individual tojoin us at our Finance Team at our Head Offte in Epping Industrial on a 6 month FixedTerm basis
PURPOSE
TO capture information from hard copies to an electronic system, and ensure that the information that is captured is accurate and in good standard.
KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS
Upload and maintain hardcopy documentation and records in an electronic format.
Record and track all documentation received and captured
General administration and project coordination as required.
Prepare source documents by compiling and sorting information according to specific instructions provided
Capture information into pre-designated database system
Combine and rearrange data from source documents and transcribe given information into electronic format.
Ensuring capturing targets are met as per specifications.
perform additional tasks and activities as delegated by the Finance Manager
Reviewing paper and electronic forms of data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency Verify accuracy of data from designated sources before entering it into the system Verify accurate capturing of data.
Locate and correct any visible data errors by confirming its integrity supervisor& Manage timelines according to project deadlines.
Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Participate in personal hygiene checks.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification
Computer literate and proficient in MS Offce
English Proficiency
• Previous data captunng or experience using am ERP system is advantageous.
Proficient typing and excellent procåreading Skills
An understanding of general stock management principles
