THE JOB AT A GLANCE:
To render all invoicing and admin activities and provide services required to the customers in accordance to Bakeries standards
RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Key Attributes and Competencies
Invoicing and Credit Note Processing
Following up on POD’s
Maintain and Update POD Register in Excel and Oracle
Filing
Preparation of Pallet Documentation and Pallet control.
Posting of weekly documentation.
Warehouse Control
Stock Counts and stock Reconciliation.
Liaison of internal and external customers.
General Administration functions
ISO
Safety / Safety Rep responsibilities.
Pallet Counts and Reconciliation
Preparation of Production Planning Figures.
Processing od PO’s in Oracle
Receipting of PO’s in Oracle
You will be required to work over time as an when requested by the company. ( Weekdays, Weekend, Public Holidays)
QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Function – At least 2 years applicable experience in an FMCG environment
Prepared to work regular weekend
Prepared to work overtime when necessary
Valid C1 driver’s license and PrDp
Qualification– Grade 12 or equivalent.
Industry – FMCG preferred
