The Mpumalanga Regional Training Trust is an æcredited training provider in the Province. Its mandate is to develop the Human Resources base of the Mpumalanga Province through the provision of experiential, technical, hospitality and tourism, entrepreneurship and life skills training. Aplicabons are invited from suitable and qualified candldates for the below vacant positions•
PRACTITIONERS (Bricklaying x1 carpentry 3 and painting x2
Monthly Total Remuneration Package: R17 550.50
Requirements:
Matric /N3 Level 4 qualfration.
Relevant trade Test cerbficate
Facilitator or Assessor qualification will be an added advantage Three years’ experience in %cilitation.
Good in verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Key performance areas:
Facilitation in accordance with ETDP best practices and SETA required outcomes.
Monitor learner performance during training
Maintenance of learner discipline and attendance.
Safekeeping and control of assets and stock used for training learners.
Ensure cornpliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations in designated areas Compilation of training reports.
