About the role:
The Capitec Learning and Development department is looking for an experienced Learning Consultant. You will have the opportunity to design and deliver/facilitate world class learning and development Programmes & solutions using multiple channels and tools in our Business Bank environment.
As a Learning Consultant at Capitec Bank, your primary responsibilities will include:
Performance Analysis
Design Learning Academies
Facilitation
Design evaluation tools to measure impact of learning solutions
Stakeholder management – business and HR
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
5 years proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design and Facilitation
Proven experience of planning designing and delivering learning interventions.
Proven experience in the building and maintaining of client relationships. Working on cross – functional projects Proficient in Articulate storyline 3/360
