Fund Secretary Required: Discovery Limited – South Africa

Job Description

The Fund Secretary will be responsible for the administrative functions relating to our contracts with closed medical schemes with a primary focus on documenting formal meetings.

Key Outputs / Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Produce written record of all official Scheme meetings.

Administer key Scheme documents in line with legislative requirements.

Secretarial services to Fund Associate and Fund Manager.

Ad-hoc administrative functions required.

Job / Role Requirements

Work Experience

2 years minute taking and secretarial experience

Medical Scheme administration

Education / Qualifications


Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration

Technical Skills or Knowledge
