Job Description
Select, consolidate and move raw material stock to production plant
Move raw materials and finished goods within the plant and the final goods warehouse
Load stock onto vehicles and offload vehicles
Pull and stack packaging materials, raw materials and finished goods onto pallets
Assist in stock counts
Perform daily forklift checks and report any deviations
Sack and store materials to ensure that housekeeping, demarcated areas and safety standards are maintained
Ensure timeous movement of all items requested
Strive towards Zero harm
Qualifications & Experience
Matric/ Grade 12 qualification
Valid Forklift licence
Literacy in English, both orally and in writing
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP) and Food Safety(HACCP)
