Air Liquide Is Recruiting: Learning Manager AMEI COE – South Africa

The Learning & development Manager designs and implements the learning strategies for our Africa Middle East & India hub.

The Learning Team is accountable for developing our people through impactful and innovative learning programs centered on user experience and driven by continuous improvement. Together with the Talent Development CoE team; in close collaboration with the Business Lines, Group Talent Development teams and the entities HRBPs, they will cover all key learning activities including the training needs analysis, design, development and implementation of learning programs, monitoring of learning programs’ effectiveness, continuous improvement and streamlining of learning processes and learning data analytics.

In collaboration with Air Liquide University and World Business Lines, as well as with the 4 other Learning COEs worldwide, design and deploy leadership initiatives and programs.

After assessing AMEI needs, design and deploy innovative regional offerings leveraging and adapting existing initiatives meeting the needs of key populations including International High Potentials, Technical Community leaders, and other talent populations.

Work with AMEI key business stakeholders, HR, Talent Managers, your Learning Manager peers, other HR CoEs,Managers, Employees to analyze learning needs

Manage and deliver co-dev, coaching, mentoring programs with internal/external providers based on the needs of our AMEI employees

Manage and deliver leadership training to nominated AMEI employees. This would encompass call for nominations, scheduling, coordinating with the external training provider and other related activities to ensure that the training is implemented well end to end.

Design, develop and deliver 70/20/10 learning programs and events to our key population i.e. leaders, IHPs etc

Liaise with ALU and Group Talent Development to deploy leadership programs that would meet AMEI needs.

Key contact point to other Hub Talent Development CoEs to share best practices and collaborate where possible.

Conduct follow ups and evaluations with participants to ensure effectiveness of learning programs delivered

Any other related tasks/activities that ensure the smooth and effective implementation of learning programs meeting the needs of our AMEI employees

Are you a MATCH?

5-10 year’s experience in Learning & Development.

Learning and Development professional with International exposure, complex and transversal project management.

Experience with internal and external customers expecting high quality,

Consulting skills including learning quickly by asking the right questions to propose and “sell” effective solutions.
