Location: JET PARK
To provide operational support for the department including administrative responsibilities.
Administrative and Operations:
Handles phone & email correspondence.
Maintain customer database and customer reference documentation on the H: drive.
Responds to & re-directs customer aftermarket enquiries (service & parts) to responsible Account Manager.
Maintains accurate activity reports.
Conduct periodical customer surveys.
Stock control, checking spares levels.
Raise purchase orders for external goods & services.
Following up on all outstanding purchase orders & expediting with buyers
Arranging collection of spares from factory.
Co-ordinating stock and arranging deliveries or collection of service spares for customers and services.
Maintaining service contract customer service schedules.
Invoicing sales for spares and services.
Controlling WIP for department.
Provide regular and accurate sales forecasting updates.
Provide weekly WIP Report

2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing, sales or service environment (Essential)

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Strong administrative capabilities
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Essential)
Experience of using Syspro & Field Motion software (Essential)
Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
Bachelor Degree or National Diploma in Sales & Marketing (Desirable)
