OTHER JOBS IN SOUTH AFRICA FOR JANUARY 2022 – FROM ENTRY LEVEL TO HIGHER LEVEL:

Amazon (Cape Town, Western Cape)

As it stands, Amazon has over 150 openings at its new base in the Mother City. There are a few jobs that will require a fair level of expertise, but they’ve also got plenty of roles available at entry-level, and for those looking to start a new challenge immediately. You can view their vacancies here.

ABSA (Various, South Africa)

Almost 100 vacant jobs have been listed by ABSA at the start of 2022, with positions up for grabs in six different provinces.

The requisite skill sets do vary, but there are plenty of roles on offer that do not require a university education. You can browse through the available jobs here.

Fidelity (Various, South Africa)

There are 43 jobs currently available at Fidelity Security Services, with positions ranging from call centre agents to recruitment staff.

There is a diversity of work opportunities amongst the dozens of available positions – which you can check out here.

Sigamandla Cleaners (Various, Gauteng)

Rather unconventionally, this company is seeking male candidates only.

They have 30 cleaning positions to be filled, and they’re advertising these jobs on the Jobseekers SA page, which has over 100 000 followers. So you best respond quickly if this is something you’d like to apply for.

Eskom (Kusile, Mpumalanga)

Ever had a good moan about Eskom during load shedding? Well, you could always try and become part of the solution.

The utility has 11 jobs going at its Kusile Plant, all of which only require education up to Grade 12. You can learn more about the opportunities available here.

City of Ekurhuleni (Ekurhuleni, Gauteng)

Clerk, cashier and messenger roles have all been made available by the City of Ekurhuleni, which fell under new leadership back in November 2021.

All nine positions available are offering full-time work, too. You can register an interest for these positions here.
