The Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) is the largest pension fund in Africa, with more than 1.2 million active members and around 500 000 pensioners and beneficiaries as well as assets worth more than R2.3 trillion.
Business Manager
The successful candidate will provide strategic business support to the Principal Executive Officer (PEO) to enable focused attention by the PEO on strategic deliverables of the Fund and all associated functions. Embed strategy development, monitoring and evaluation by all departments in support of the PEO. Responsible for implementing the monthly and quarterly reporting with a focus on delivery on strategy by the Heads of Departments, as well as preparation for reporting to the Board and its committees. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications and Experience: . Relevant Post Graduate qualification . MBA preferred . Senior level experience in Business Manager/Finance role . 5 years’ financial analysis, general management and management of diverse stakeholders experience.
