Vehicle Admin Assistant
Skills and competencies:
Senior certificate (Grade 12)
Diploma in accounting or finance. or relevant experience in similar field Self-driven and motivated individual
Detailed orientated with well-developed problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure with effective time management skills Deadline Orientated and Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team-orientated environment
Proven interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Computer literate
Experience in dealer management systems (e.g. Evolve) will be an advantage
Job Specification:
Input accurate vehicle information into the system for each vehicle received
Accurately account for all vehicle stock & verify correctness to the information on the system
Issue and process vehicle orders and Generate invoices for new-, used-, and demo vehicles Maintain the vehicle ledgers/stock records
Assist with floorplan payments and daily petty cash processing
Assist with stock takes in accordance with company procedures, as and when required. Assist in month-end & year-end closing procedures
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Maintain proper filing and record retention
Provide administrative support
