INQABA YOKULINDA YOUTH ORGANISATION is urgentty looking for 105 Facilitator’s Practitioners tor 12 Months contract to be placed across 7 Provinces.
Between Age 25 – 35
Totd number remaired per province: North West(15): Mpumalanga (15), Free State (15) Northern Cape (15) Eastern Cape (15)

Key Outputs/Duties and responsibilities.
• Be able to use a range of educational methods and techniques to facilitate throughout the programme.
• Ensure proper selection of activities. depending on the content/topic and process that will be suitable for the group.
• Establish regular contact with Training and Accreditation Supervisor in order to communicate progress of learners and other related issues that may require attention pertaining the programme.
• Managing the daily registers signed by participants on each training dates.
• Enable young people to participate through developing collective action and learning.
• Involve young people in planning. delivery and evaluation of activities.
• Provide appropriate guidance and feedback on assessments.
• Identify any special learning needs.
• Be able to plan and prepare for POE build up days.
• Assessment of POES upon completion of training days.
Experience and Qualifications required
• ODETDP full qualification. Facilitator qualification course or any other relevant qualification of N04 level 4.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Facilitation
• Driving Licence would add as an advantage.
• Knowledge of Youth Development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent to engage and build relationships with beneficiaries.
