CALL FOR PROPOSALS:
PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY
The uMngeni Municipality is looking for registered and reputable Independent Power Producers and Energy Experts with complementary experience to undertake feasibility studies to ascertain the practicality of utilizing the resources found within the municipal area for purposes of producing alternative energy. Upon completion of the feasibility studies, the interested Independent Power Producers must:
Provide the Municipality with a clear and comprehensive report on the proposal(s) with financial implications for consideration by the Full Council,
Provide the Municipality with a clear and comprehensive funding methods for the implementation of alternative energy projects,
Be able to demonstrate the viability of the alternative energy projects in the long term,
