• welcome guests and visitors with attentive and efficient customer service

• manage the stationery issuing, ordering and stock control

• deliver a friendly and professional telephone answering and screening service

• manage postal deliveries, collections and distributions

• maintain a neat and tidy appearance Of the reception area and all who work in it

• work as part Ofa team or individually to delivery high quality standards consistently and accurately.

• work shifts, Public Holidays, Sundays and weekends

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF a). verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), computer literacy (Word. Excel. Outlook) and at least two years experience in a similar role.
