Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position will support the clerical activities of the logistics department, smooth processing of invoices and monitoring KD shipment activities..

Responsibilities and Duties •Verify and authenticate invoice hardcopies submitted from all supply chain logistical suppliers. •Process invoice coding as per UDSA standards for approved GL – CC/PC•Ensure supplier’s invoices are submitted for processing before the monthly SAP cut-off.•Monitor suppliers providing transport services to UDSA to comply with billing requirements invoice cut monthly. •Report incidents/accidents claimable from insurance to the legal department and follow through with insurance claim closure. •Complete monthly recon for SPOL financial reporting.•Responsible to update the shipment cost tracker.•Verify all reverse logistics costs as per supplier breakdown.  •Responsible for processing the material cost on SYSPRO.•Responsible for creating an LCT sheet for KD Parts and processing it on SYSPRO.•Responsible for GRN the KD parts invoices.•Continue to improve the current processes within the role.•Ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive continuous improvement.•Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Minimum qualifications

Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Accounting/Business Administration/Relevant N.Dip

Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry.

Knowledge understanding and compliance with organizations systems, policies, and procedures.• Knowledge and awareness of any new developments within operations.• Reporting skills.• Raise discrepancies immediately with billing.• Understanding logistics and supply chain models with invoicing. • Understand VAT calculations.• Good interpersonal skills.• Good communication skills.• Ability to manage time efficiently.• Ability to work effectively in a team.• Demonstrate responsibility.• Excellent analytical skills.• Attention to detail to authenticate billing to UDSA. • Good understanding of shipping and INCO terms.

 Job Requirements

 IT Knowledge: use of MS Office (Excel, MS-word, PowerPoint).• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role.• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.• Basic accounting knowledge.• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
