Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry.  The successful candidate will be a guardian of the UDTSA brand and be responsible for ensuring that the products, services, resonate with current and potential customers. To effectively implement and monitor retail excellence within the network. 

Responsibilities and Duties • Work across teams to formulate and execute dealer marketing strategy and planning processes.• To drive efficient governance and enforce brand standards across the dealer network• Develop Dealer digital marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and activities are fully tagged, tracked and evaluated.• In collaboration with the network, develop and keep up to date compliant marketing collateral.• Determine and execute sales and aftersales specific marketing projects and interact with customers.• Manage the marketing leads (customer queries) from all campaigns in CRM for effective sales engagement• Gather market competitor intelligence for the purpose of reviewing marketing strategy and route to market strategies.• Develop a CRM growth strategy, including acquisition and retention through segmentation analysis and optimization delivering relevant and rich content across different segments.• Manage and account for the fixed market support expenditure as per the business plan

Minimum qualifications & experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related university degree• At least 5-8 years of marketing communications experience within commercial vehicles or automotive industry, preferably in multinational companies

Key Competencies

• Good understanding of products, services and customers in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry• Affinity with CRM process in B2B or B2C environment.• Strong interpersonal skills with service-minded attitude• Drive to take initiatives, improve, and deliver results• Planning and Organizing• Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations• Adapting and Responding to Change
