Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto industry and our products to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make informed recommendations.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the crypto industry.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, technology, and related products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
