Purpose Statement

To respond to social media enquiries or complaints for optimal resolution, client experience, client retention and service recovery
Provide daily support by monitoring social media platforms, responding appropriately, and engaging in daily interactions with customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Experience
Min:

2 years Customer Relations/Complaint Handling Experience
2 years job-related Social Media Knowledge (Blogging, Facebook, Twitter)

Ideal:

3+ years Social Media Customer Service Experience
Marketing /Social Media Communications Experience – (2 – 3 years)

Qualifications (Minimum)
Certification in Journalism & Media or Communication
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
A relevant tertiary qualification in Journalism & Media or Communication
Knowledge
Min:

Job-related Social Media Knowledge (Blogging, Facebook, Twitter) – (4 – 6 years)
Client Service Knowledge – (2 – 3 years)
