Job Description
RCL FOODS is seeking a storeman to join our baking division. The role will be based in Spartan and will report to the store supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring all goods/stock when receiving and loading/offloading, ensure that all goods/stock items are arranged and packed properly in their allocated location and maintain good house keeping in the store.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
Forklift license.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an FCMG environment or similar
Duties & Responsibilities
To assist customers at the issue and receiving counter in a friendly and professional manner.
Capturing of SSR’s and invoices.
Assist with the loading and off-loading of both stock and non-stock items.
Assist with quarterly stock counts.
Complete GRA’s for all returns and repairs.
Ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures.
Report and or escalate any areas of non- compliance appropriately.
Oversee filing and safeguarding of records within area of responsibility.
Processing of documents for intercompany charge outs.
