The Social Media Specialist plays a key role within the Airlink digital marketing function in coordinating Airlink social media activities and campaigns, communicating and facilitating conversations with customers on all social media platforms.

The responsibility of this role is to closely align with Airlink’s marketing communications strategy and to maintain clear communication with customers, as well as to collaborate with partner organisations in marketing and sales initiatives to develop successful social media campaigns.

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for content creation, support strategy development, coordinating campaigns, collaborating with partners, reporting, and advertising.

Requirements

The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or social media marketing.

More than 5 years of social media marketing experience.
