Job Title: Technical Apprentice x2
Reporting to: Technical Manager Job Grade: B2
Job Overview:

Then Join Lactalis group at our Kyalami plant where you will be granted an opportunity to be trained, developed and mentored into a fully-developed Millwright.
Attend block training classes offered by QCTO accredited training centres and also get practical exposure in _goduction within the relevant department for a period of 3 years,
Duties & Responsibilities:
Get exposure and assist in Production, working with the maintenance team,
Get mentorship and coached by a team of qualified Millwrights, Technical Manager, Foreman, Technical Specialist and more.
Observing, learning and understanding a wide range of engineering skills and processes while under the instruction of skilled technical staff.
TO be able to demonstrate these skills and processes as the training period progresses by working independently or With a team, to undertake tasks as instructed and increasing overall contribution to the department.
To undertake and successfully complete suitable training throughout the training period at the enrolled training centre.
Learning and understanding the importance of Health and safety within the workspace.
To learn how to maintain workshop equipment by keeping it in good repair and ensuring general good housekeeping of the workplace
To maintain a logbook over the duration of the apprenticeship period, recording projects that have been undertaken and the skills learned.
Required Skills:
National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
Alternatively, N2 or N3 technical certificate
18 -30 years of age
• Willing to work long hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and punctual.
• Reliable, trustworthy, pro-active and energetic.
