Requirements

Candidate should be in possession of a National Diploma in Information Management, Records Management or Human Resources Management coupled with two years’ relevant experience. Candidate should have good communication skills as well as proficiency in English. 

 Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for amongst others, the following:

Filing of personnel documents and  departmental correspondences.

Updating  and maintaining  personnel  files

Co-ordination of audit request for information and submission of information

Any other duty as delegated by management
