We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern that is results driven and a self-starter who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Post positions on career portals and job boards within tight timeframes.
Administration of applications from job adverts placed on career portals.Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
Conduct detailed competency-based interviews.Create and update job descriptions.Perform background and reference checks.
Design candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback.Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)Organize our employee referral process.
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)Maintaining and updating employee records.Networking to ensure strong database of skills.Establish long-term relationships with candidates.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
Holds a degree within the field of Human Resource Management or other Humanities degree.Must have keen interest in recruitment.
Minimum of a year proven experience functioning in a general HR capacity.Experience in working within a people management function.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment and tracking.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Be well-organized and energetic and can manage daily tasks effectively
