Key Outputs

• Create quotes and sales orders on SAP.

• Completion of Job files

• Accurate costing and ensuring all documents are authorised.

• Customer invoicing

• Assisting with resolving Internal and external queries.

• Complete and submit Vendor Application forms.

• Raise PR’s and PO’s.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• 5 years stock control and administration experience.

• SAP experience an advantage.

• Sound MS Office knowledge.

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

• Power Generation experience
