Job Description
Actively seeking to recruit a self-driven Learning & Development Intern to join a dynamic team on an Internship Program. If you are passionate about Skills Development, possess exceptional administrative skills, good at building and maintaining relationships, this opportunity might just be for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

Role Purpose
Provide an effective and efficient administrative and operational assistant function to support the Skills Development Lead and L&D team.

Requirements

Experience in dealing with learnerships, Internships and Bursaries
Experience in working on BBBEE Tracking system (advantage)
Experience in recruitment
Experience with tracking and reporting of statistics
A natural affinity to administration tasks, and detail orientated
Good communication and computer literacy skills
Methodical, analytical and deadline driven
Able to solve problems and work under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities

Exposure to WSP and ATR is highly desirable
Support Skills development administration
Be client focused (both internal and external)

Competencies

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong Excel and presentation skills
Outstanding analytical and technical skills
Excellent planning and organisational abilities
Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Ability to adapt easily to change
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team, with the willingness to put in extra effort and time when the team is under pressure
Has an affinity for problem solving


Qualifications
Matric and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Learning and Development or suitable qualification
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration or support role
Solid knowledge of skills development legislation
