Job Description
A well-established company that focuses on corporate catering and food services management is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Representative in food services. Reporting to the Operations and Business Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Manage client relations with existing customers and attain new customers.
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets through various sales strategies
Manage, support, and collaborate in building and maintaining customer relationship management capacity
Continuously undertake market analysis to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge
Implement strategically effective marketing strategies, both digital and traditional methods
Respond to all customer queries
Submit the monthly sales reports to the Operations and BD Manager
Requirements:
Post Matric Certification in the food industry
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in food services
Computer Literate
Must have own reliable transport
Highly self-motivated and energetic
A Proven record of excellent customer relations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers
