Responsibilities:

Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents, ensuring correct quantities, labels, and documentation.

Support the Customer Service and Yard Operations teams with data entry, reporting, and customer communication.

Coordinate documentation for incoming freight, ensuring completion accurately and efficiently.

Monitor and track incoming containers and inventory accuracy, conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, proficiently and safely.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and inventory management.

Collaborate with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure efficient task completion.

Maintain accurate records and reports using computerized systems and software.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

~2 years of experience in material handling, general warehouse work, or similar roles.

Basic understanding of warehouse systems and operations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items of various weights and sizes.

Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with computerized systems and software.

High school diploma or equivalent.
