Responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility:
Customer Service
Response to and resolving of customer service queries and complaints
Allocate tickets to relevant department – i.e., Buying, Wellness Consultant, Product Technologist, Store Operations etc.Identify and isolate spam emailHandle Rewards cards queries and escalate when necessary to Online Operations and Marketing teamAdvise improvements for customer service process.Telephone assistance for customers when required to resolve query effectively.Online Specific Operations
Returns/Exchanges of Damaged items: Booking of Collections and damaged items replaced.
Liaison with Logistics, Merchandise, Planning, Stores and DC to solve simple and complex customer problems quicklyManual Order Processing and Follow upsRequest refunds and refund proof of paymentsActivating and linking rewards cards to online customer profiles, failed payments on ringing up on tillInvestigating failed online payments/ordersRefund or ring up customer orders on the POS controllerJob Specifications
FMCG Retail store experience

Grade 12
Minimum 1 year retail experience would be advantageous
A genuine interest in health and wellness – brand ambassadors
Basic computer literacy
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
