Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for filling customer’s vehicles with fuel and collecting payments from customers.

Job Requirements:

Grade 10 with mathematics
1-year relevant experience as petrol attendant will be advantage.
Experience in card payment transactions.
Strong customer service oriented
Attention to detail
The successful incumbent may be required to fulfil additional duties as requested by his supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Provide high level of customer service continuously
Ensure paper trail and traceability of all transactions
Provide clean environment on the Forecourt and the store area
Ensure that forecourt and pump islands are clean
Refuelling of customer vehicles and tanks
Protection of company assets and stock
Ensure safety standards/regulations are adhered to at all times.
Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance whilst on duty.
