Minimum Requirements
Matric / NQF level 6
Relevant Diploma/Degree or studying towards a diploma/degree
Excellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skills
Computer literacy and general administrative skills
Driver’s licence and own transport will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with management to determine areas of improvement within the operational scope
Take notes and keep records
Take ownership and responsibility
Build relationships with other parties/divisions
Design and develop new ideas for to improve vehicle turnaround times
Research new tech that will benefit the team, project or client
Integrate time saving strategies with operational activities
Communicate effectively with the team
Provide insight and contribute to strategies and goals
Build Dashboards
Update and/or automated dashboards and reports to be sent to relevant parties daily/weekly/monthly
