Job Description
The development team currently consists of three staff namely – Head of Property Development, Project Manager and an Administration assistant. The team together with The Properties Executive looks after the large capital building projects across all the Advtech brands. Projects are intensive in nature and produce copious amounts of documentation, particularly once in execution and close-out phases.
In order to better assist the team to update property data, improve administration processes and reduce any backlogs, an internship role is required by the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct day to day project related administration by supporting function and staff
Help prepare reporting and presentations
Attend project meetings where required (on-going development)
Assist to prepare masterplans and occupancy schedules

Read and understand Construction Drawings
Qualifications
National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Property Studies or other building related studies.
